House of Prayer Ministry was founded on September 27 2015 in our aunts kitchen, House of Prayer was then Birthed out on Saturday October 3rd of 2015.Pastor Cornelius Williams accepted Christ in his life at an early age. At the age of 7yrs old Pastor Williams was baptized and his love for God began to grow. At about the age of 7yrs old Pastor Williams began to feel the pull of God to do a work for him. Pastor Williams spent the majority of his life singing and doing various things in the local churches but the work of the ministry began to pull at him. Pastor Williams also served on the usher board and many others. Pastor Williams would often wonder why many of his leaders was so hard on him when it came to reading and understanding the Bible. In the summer of 2011 Pastor Williams accepted his call to the ministry and was then licensed to preach the gospel on Jan, 01, 2012 with the Pastor Randy Jackson presiding at the Mt. Calvary MBC. Pastor Williams Served in the church in many capacities such as youth director and the pastor advocate. In the fall of 2015 Pastor Williams heeded the call of God to birth a church. The name of the church is House of Prayer Ministries Int. We pray Pastor Williams will continue to let God use him and lead him. Pastor Williams favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
